Terms of use

The terms and conditions are based on the Foreign Employment Act of Nepal. The objective is the focus on the benefits and rights of the migrant workers.

  1. After obtaining the original paperwork (Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Guarantee Letter, Employment Contract, and Service agreement between the Company and our agency, respectively), the final interview with the chosen workers would take place in ten days.    
  2. After the employer obtains a copy of the visa, arrangements for worker deployment will be made within ten days, unless the visa does not need to be stamped in the passport. If the visa endorsement is required, it will need a minimum of 45 days.
  3. If a worker is proven to be unfit for the assigned work within ninety days of starting the employment, fresh workers will be allocated in his stead.
  4. The hiring company needs to make clear allusions to the worker's remuneration and other facilities.
  5. The employer company is obligated by the Nepalese government to provide the following benefits to its employees under a written contract.
  • Salary
  • Accommodation
  • Food
  • Transportation
  • Medical facilities
  • Insurance of worker
  • 8 hours per day
  • Six-days a week
  • Holidays available as per the company rules
  • Residence permit
  • Over time (O.T.) if worked more than 8 hours a day
  • The contract letter should clearly state the company's rules regarding the above facilities.
